Returns and order support

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted or refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send a parcel to the address on its shipping label or to our business contact address without our instructions.

For other return requests, contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Please check the selected variant, measurements and included contents before ordering. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
