If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund.
Contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted or refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send a parcel to the address on its shipping label or to our business contact address without our instructions.
Cushion inserts, candles, flowers and other styling accessories are not included unless the product page specifically says otherwise. Please check your chosen variant and measurements before ordering.
